Pre-Bid Meeting:

A pre-bid meeting will not be held for this project. Prospective bidders may contact the Project Manager to schedule a site visit.

Brief Description of Work

The Town of Vail is requesting formal bids through the Invitation for Bid process to rehabilitate gravity CMP storm sewer lines ranging from 18” to 48” in diameter using the trenchless Cured-In-Place (CIPP) process. The project is to be completed between July 7, 2025 and August 29, 2025.

Bidders may obtain Drawings and Specifications for the Project on February 21, 2025 after 10:00 am via the Town of Vail Sharefile website in electronic PDF format. Access to the sharefile site shall be gained only by emailing a request for access to the Town of Vail’s Project Manager at csalli@vail.gov with subject line “CIPP Rehabilitation Project Bid Documents”. Please provide name, company name, address, phone number, email address and trade in the body of the email. Bidders must print their own copies.
