Notes	The City of Irving Water Utilities Department invites Civil Engineers, Multi-Disciplinary Firms, and any other qualified professionals to submit qualifications proposals to provide professional services for the Design, Engineering and Construction needed for the rehabilitation of the City of Irving’s 2.5 MG Belt Line Elevated Storage Tank (EST) located at 7600 N. Belt Line Road, Irving, Tx. Please reference the "Activities Tab" for dates/times for the pre-submission meeting and vendor questions. The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal. Electronic submission will eliminate errors and unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment.
