Scope of Services
It is the intent of this solicitation to engage a qualified vendor to perform full service comprehensive mowing and landscape maintenance services for the Osceola County Sheriff’s Training Facility. The fixed cost per cycle shall cover all expenses incurred by the successful bidder for providing all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, and landfill fees associated with debris removal, etc. The services described shall be performed by a landscape management contractor (herein referred to as contractor) on a regularly scheduled basis as outlined. There shall be no deviation from the management specifications without prior approval from the County’s Project Manager.
