Are renewal years expected to remain at the same pricing, or may pricing be adjustedannually?A price quote with updated quantities will be requested for potential renewal years and willbe agreeable to both parties to renew.2. When will final enrollment counts and building allocations be released? Can we quote lastyear's quantities per grade and buildingCounts listed in the RFB – Addendum #1 will be the final counts for the 26/27 School Year.3. Can Fraser confirm that the specifications labeled "2025-2026" in Attachment B are thecorrect specifications for the 2026-2027 contract term?The specifications labeled “2025-2026” are NOT the correct specifications. The correctspecifications are contained in the Addendum #1 to the RFB – Elementary Math PrintedInstructional Materials4. Can we add this (Copyright) to the final agreement (per Legal): ?No. Here is the link to the resources: https://greatminds.org/knowledge/resources/a-story-of-units.5. We will quote all covers on 12 point thickness paper, can you confirm the coating onthe cover for enhancement and\or protection, is UV Gloss coating acceptable? OrGloss Laminarion? Or Matte Lamination? Historically what coating is applied andwe'll duplicate.Current covers are: 10pt. C1S – 4 with Gloss lamination.6. Do we pack each Module in each grade by title? So for exsample:For Grade 1, are all 6 modules to be packed one book for each module in the carton,so 6 books in a carton, and for Grade 2, one book per module, so all 8 books in acarton? ORdoes all Grade 1 get packed in cartons, like all copies of Module 1 in bulkcartons; All same of Module 2, in bulk carton with all of them labeled for what gradeand what Module they are in?All Grade 2 module 2 in a box/carton labeled grade 2 module 2. We do not wantmodules or grade levels mixed in a single carton.7. How many go to each of the schools, how do we break those out?Per the chart below:8. It appears that it is 50# Offset paper (basis weight 25 x 38, converted from theinformation on there, and first column w numbers is count of total run, of that book,then page count, is that right?Current Text specs are: 50# White Offset – 512ppi. – 1/1. Size of booklet is 8-1/2”X 11”. On RFB Specification pages- “Total Sets” is number of book count. “# ofImpressions Per Packet” is the number of worksheets in a booklet. “TotalImpressions” is the Total Sets x the # of Impressions Per Packet. Both sides ofpages are printed.9. Are their (there) perf specs on how far from the backbone the perf needs tobe? Please confirm.None.10. Are their (there) cartons specs (double wall, or single wall) thickness wise you need?No specific specifications. Cartons are expected to be sturdy enough to protectproduct from damage during shipping and stacked storage.11. Assuming each carton will have a label with the name and grade and Module on it,in addition to the ultimate packing label with address, etc.?Preferably12.
