Description: The City of San Bruno is requesting proposals/qualifications from qualified individuals and/or consultant firms in providing interim staff augmentation services for the City’s Code Enforcement program. The Code Enforcement Division was transferred from the Community Development Department to the Police Department in 2020 and is scheduled to transition back to the Community Development Department effective July 1, 2026. The Code Enforcement Division has three positions, one manager-level position and two officers. The City seeks a consulting firm to ensure continuity of operations by: providing staffing support, including one managerial Code Enforcement position and two code enforcement officers; consultants and City staff would be under the supervision of the Community Development Director; and assisting in the integration of the Code Enforcement Division into the Community Development Department.
