Description: The Town of South Hadley through its Planning and Conservation Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call professional engineering and other professional consulting services for Town departments, boards and committees, including but not limited to, the Planning Board and Conservation Commission. All submissions to be considered must be prepared in accordance with the requirements specified in the On-Call Professional Engineering and Consulting Services Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and in accordance with applicable provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B. Submissions not in the format as specified herein will be considered non-responsive. The fees are to be negotiated with firm(s) having the highest-ranked proposals. Three (3) unbound hard copies and one (1) electronic copy on a flash drive of all submission requirements must be submitted to: Anne Capra, AICP, Director of Planning and Conservation Town of South Hadley – Town Hall 116 Main Street, South Hadley, MA 01075 Proposals are due Thursday, August 14, 2025 @ 1:00 PM.
