Description: The Attleboro Public Schools is looking to replace a Trane Air Cooled Screw Chiller at its Peter Thacher Elementary School, 160 James Street, Attleboro, MA 02703. The Awarded Contractor will pipe in the new chiller using the existing strainer and configure piping for the new chiller heat exchanger.  The Awarded Contractor will provide a factory start up of the new chiller and verify that the unit performs per specifications.  Awarded Contractor is responsible for the disconnecting and removal of the existing unit in place.  Awarded Contractor will conduct the unit’s first winterization and first start up in conjunction with district maintenance personnel to assure proper process will be followed going forward.  Awarded Contractor will provide a half day training with APS Maintenance personnel after factory start up to provide an operations overview to APS staff.
