REBID - Mohawk Valley Community College Science & Technology - New Building

REBID - BRN 2361 - New 63,760 sf Science & Technology Building located on the Utica campus of Mohawk Valley Community College to house their Science & Technology programs. Features a two story portion on the north side with Heavy Timber Construction, Type IV construction & a one story portion on the south end will be Type IIB construction. Work also includes a new cooling tower and enclosure for Payne to replace the one that currently resides within the footprint of the new building.
