• Bid Opening Date and Time: April 9, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. EST
• Pre-Bid Conference Date and Time: March 11, 2026 at 11:00 A.M., on Microsoft Teams Live. The link to the Pre-Bid Conference is here . We recommend that proposers download the free Microsoft Teams Application on their computer and/or mobile device to participate in the Teams Live Event in advance of the conference and attendees should plan to log in 5 minutes prior to the conference start time.

Description: This is a requirements contract and is intended to cover, during the period of the contract, the requirements for furnishing and delivering aviation maintenance training equipment by the Contractor to over 1,800 schools and 200 offices under the jurisdiction of the DOE. This bid consists of one aggregate class representing various aviation and powerplant systems trainers used by Aviation High School. These items are necessary for students partaking in the school’s FAA-certified Aviation Maintenance Technician program because it will allow the students to get hands-on experience preparing them for the Airframe and Powerplant certification exams.
