Description: The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed bids for: Solicitation Number: IFB 2026-041, San Marcos Regional Airport Taxilanes Repairs Project Scope: The scope of the project includes rehabilitation of portions of the existing concrete apron pavement with rehabilitation options to include resurfacing using either asphalt or latex-modified concrete, crack and spall repair, and some slab replacement.  Other items of work include reconstruction of an existing asphalt taxilane, pavement markings, aircraft tiedown replacement, and a small area of emulsified asphalt slurry seal surface treatment. The cost estimations are $295,615.00 (Base Bid), $1,507,300.00 (Bid Schedule #1), $2,088,900.00 (Bid Schedule #2), $2,622,290.00 (Bid Schedule #3). Bidders must submit a cashier’s check, certified check, or acceptable bid bond with their bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted.
