Scope of Services	The undersigned contractor (hereinafter referred to as Contractor) hereby agrees to install, remove, change-out, and verify the outdoor GenerLink transfer switches on behalf of SECO Energy (hereinafter referred to as SECO) and its customers (referred to as members). SECO reserves the right to observe and/or inspect the work performed by the Contractor to ensure quantity, quality, and proper performance of all tasks. The equipment to be installed will be furnished by SECO along with the member information, including but not limited to names, addresses, and phone numbers of those scheduled for completion. Per attached statement of work, and specifications. **** Bid Instructions**** PLEASE POST ALL QUESTIONS ON VENDORLINK. EMAIL AND PHONE CALLS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
