The work shall be consistent with the Scope of Services contained in this Invitation for Bids (IFB).  By submission of a bid, the bidder represents that it is able to comply with all requirements contained in the Invitation for Bids. There will not be a pre-bid meeting, however, interested bidders are encouraged to visit the site. Site visits will be by appointment only from Monday, May 11, 2026, through Thursday, May 14, 2026, 8:00a.m. – 2:00p.m. To schedule an appointment, please contact Amanda Livingston 301-809-2336 or alivingston@cityfofbowie.org. All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Invitation for Bids shall be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/5639_Dpw_Custodial_Services , prior to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 18, 2026. Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued no later than Tuesday, May 19, 2026, to all those who request the IFB. Bids shall be submitted electronically to the City through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/5639_Dpw_Custodial_Services .  Bids shall be accepted until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. Any interested party may register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Account/Signup at no cost and access the solicitation documents.  Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via a virtual meeting.  A link to join the meeting will be emailed to all parties who have registered with Bid Locker regarding this IFB.  All blanks on each form provided by the City in connection with this Invitation for Bids must be filled in, and no change shall be made to any part of the text of the form. Prospective bidders that obtain this document from any source other than Bid Locker, should immediately register with Bid Locker to ensure receipt of addenda and other communications regarding this solicitation. Each bidder or prospective bidder must refer to the Bid Locker website for any available amendments, addenda, cancellations, and additional information regarding this IFB.
