STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
Project Title: Acquisition of Symphonie Aqua Compact + CA800 COM
Requesting Service: Prosthetics Department
Facility: Kansas City VA Health Care System (KCVAMC)
Program Need Date: May 2026
Contract/Item Number: 1332676
1. Purpose

The Symphonie Aqua Compact System is specifically designed to produce anatomically accurate, full weight bearing impressions using a specialized, distally fixed membrane. Adoption of this system is expected to significantly reduce remakes, improve clinical outcomes, and streamline prosthetic fabrication workflow.

Specialized, distally fixed membrane capable of capturing uniform anatomical detail
Use of patient weight and limb girth to produce accurate pressure distribution
Ability to support mobile use with an equalizing tank
Production of anatomically precise limb impressions that reduce corrective adjustments
5.2 Training Requirements:
The contractor shall provide on site training for designated prosthetic clinicians and technicians. Training must include:
System operation and setup
