PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The State of Nebraska (State), Nebraska Department of Education (NDE), Office of Early Childhood Education, is issuing this solicitation for a service contract for the purpose of selecting a qualified bidder to provide a qualified external evaluator to assess the implementation and outcomes of the Early Childhood Education Endowment.
