The scope includes electrical, plumbing, roofing, and sheet metal work related to standard HVAC replacement. A mandatory bid site walk is scheduled for April 18, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the Windsor Civic Center, 9291 Old Redwood Hwy., Bldg. 400, Windsor, CA.
