The Public Works Department is seeking proposals from experienced training providers to design and deliver a management and leadership development program for approximately 45 people comprised of our section managers, division managers, and senior leadership team.

It is understood and agreedthat the prospective Proposer claims no proprietary rights to the ideas and written materialscontained in or attached to the proposal submitted. Clark County has the right to reject oraccept proprietary information.AUTHORSHIP - Applicants must identify any assistance provided by agencies or indivi-duals outside the proposers own organization in preparing the proposal. Clark County is notresponsible for any costs incurred prior to the effective date of the contract.
