Description: TRAFFIC LINE PAINTING The Town of Kingston seeks sealed bids for Traffic Line Painting.  Qualified persons or businesses are requested to submit sealed bids marked “Bid for:  LINE PAINTING” to Patricia Tucker, Asst. To Town Administrator, Kingston Town House, Room 207, 26 Evergreen St., Kingston, MA 02364 no later than 1:00 pm on June 25, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall be rejected. Bid security in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each bid. The Town has determined that the contract is subject to MGL c. 30 §39M, the provisions of which are incorporated by reference in the Invitation for Bids, and Prevailing Wage Laws apply.   The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids or to cancel this Invitation to Bid if it is in the Town’s best interest to do so.
