Project Description

The City of Fresno is soliciting proposals for up to four (4) non-exclusive on-airport rental car concessions at Fresno Yosemite International Airport. This request is for a five (5) year agreement with one additional five (5) year optional extension for a possible total of ten (10) years. For incumbent proposers, if selected, a Restated Agreement for the Service Facility will be completed for a five (5) year term with one additional five (5) year term for a total of ten (10) years. For new entrant proposers, if selected, a new Agreement for the Service Facility will be completed for a five (5) year term with one additional five (5) year option for a total of ten (10) years. All Proposers must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience under the current business name of similar scope and size.
