ADVERTISEMENT – INVITATION FOR BIDS

Notice is hereby given that the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources (MDMR) is seeking

sealed bids for the Kreole Stormwater Project. The solicitation number is RFx 3160007673. This

Project is solicited by MDMR to provide equipment, labor, materials and have extensive

knowledge and experience in earthwork, stormwater management, prevention of sedimentation

due to runoff, and landscape installation in a public setting in Mississippi, including permitting,

costing, procurement of materials, and adherence to local building codes in order to complete the

scope of work as outlined in the IFB at Kreole Elementary in Moss Point, MS.

An optional Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m., November 19, 2025, at Kreole Elementary

6312 Martin Luther King Blvd, Moss Point MS 39563 The purpose of the pre-bid meeting is to

allow potential bidders an opportunity to present questions to staff and obtain clarification of the

procurement requirements.

Bids may be submitted by hand delivery or mail to MDMR Procurement, 1716 AJ Holloway Dr,

Biloxi, MS 39532, or through the MAGIC Portal at: http://www.dfa.ms.gov/dfa-

offices/mmrs/mississippi-suppliers-vendors/ no later than 2:00 pm CST December 8, 2025.

The bid opening will occur at 2:00 pm December 8, 2025.

The MDMR reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive any informalities.
