This RFQ is seeking professionals of various construction related disciplines, as permitted by Texas Government Code Sections 2254.002 and 2269.058. Please note that services covered by this RFQ do not include general architecture or engineering services.Details are more fully set out in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
