Notes	The City of Warner Robins will receive sealed bids for the purchase of valve & meter boxes to be placed on an Annual Contract. Orders will be placed on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term. The contract period will be May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027 with the option to extend the contract for four additional one year period. Prices shall remain firm for the entirety of the contract. All questions must be submitted through the City's IonWave procurement system by the designated date and time of Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 2:00 PM (ET). Each prospective bidder must upload and submit their bid with all required documents through the City's IonWave procurement system by the designated date and time of Tuesday, March 31, 2024 at 2:00 PM (ET). Product specifications are included in the Line Item portion of this bid. Please note that quantities listed are estimates based on prior year's usage. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
