2026.0377, City RFQ & RFP - Materials Testing and Special Inspection Services for the New Roxbury K-8 School Project is funded in whole or in part with State of CT DAS funds. Per Sec. 10-287 this will be a combined Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals. Proposals meeting the qualifications criteria in the RFQ will be reviewed. RFQ/RFP Opening: June 25, 2026 at 4:00 PM No RFQ/RFP Deposit or Pre-Proposal Meeting Project Manager: Rafael Martin, Construction Manager All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare ( https://stamfordct.procureware.com). All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare.
