NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACTS UNDER

A NATIONAL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT

Notice is hereby given that the Township of Brick, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey,

intends to participate in the Sourcewell Contract #101221-VTR Vactor Manufacturing Sewer

Vacuum for the purchase and delivery of one (1) Vactor 2100i Single Engine Fan-Dual Stage, 12

yd. Debris Combo with 1500 Gallon Water Capacity Mounted on 2025 Freightliner 114SD SBA

6x4 Tandem Axel Chassis.

The term of this contract is December 20, 2021 through November 29, 2026. Information

regarding this contract may be found in the Office of Purchasing and Contracting, 401 Chambers

Bridge Road, Brick, NJ 08723 during regular business hours, as well as on the Sourcewell website

at: https://www.sourcewell-mn.gov/cooperative-purchasing/101221-vtr.

It is the intent of the Township to make contract award on May 26, 2026 to Gran Turk Equipment,

1 Schuylkill Parkway, Building B, Bridgeport, PA 19405 pursuant to the proposal submitted in

response to the Sourcewell request for bids for Vactor Manufacturing Sewer Vacuum.

The contract periods shall commence upon the issuance of a purchase order and shall terminate

upon the delivery and acceptance of the vehicles.

The Township of Brick is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the

authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).

Opportunity to comment will begin upon the publication of this notice and end ten (10) calendar

days thereafter.
