The City of Hialeah (the “City”) is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified governmental affairs consulting firms to provide professional lobbying services. The City reserves the right to select one (1) firm to provide proactive advocacy, strategic planning, and legislative monitoring to represent the City before the Federal Government.
