GENERAL REQUIREMENTS1. The vendor will be delivering in an area where inmates are located. For this reason, all deliverytrucks will be searched.2. Delivery and install appointments should be coordinated with the Sheriff’s Office. All deliveries areto be between the hours of 7:00 am and 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. Vendors are permitted a30-minute grace period, after which the delivery and installation appointment may be subject torescheduling.3. A warranty that carries a one (1) year minimum guarantee against parts and labor from the date ofacceptance and installation and includes 100% labor and materials coverage for at least one (1)year.4. Brand names used are to establish a standard of quality and to match existing equipment. Ifnecessary, a product list and specifications may be requested by Gwinnett County to determineequivalency.
