Project Description: Salt Lake County, on behalf of Human Resources, “County” is soliciting proposals from qualified firms “Proposer / Contractor” to provide pre-employment physical exams (PE) for Department of Transportation (DOT) and Law Enforcement exams (LE) for the Peace Officers Merit Commission (POMC) jobs. Fitness for Duty (FFD) both physical and mental exams. Tuberculosis (TB) testing for existing LE employees. Drug and Alcohol testing for specified employees.
