Project Description: The work consists of the following:
Installation of approximately 1,200 linear feet of 18” PVC sanitary sewer by open cut construction,
installation of 5’ diameter polymer concrete manholes, connecting to an existing sanitary sewer
manhole, crossing of a tributary of Cedar Creek by open cut construction and restoration, and site
preparation, clearing, and grubbing, and site restoration. The work is to be performed primarily
within the City’s Lone Elm Park.
