LEGAL NOTICEREQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONSCONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK SERVICESThe MASSACHUSETTS PORT AUTHORITY (Massport) is soliciting Construction Management at RiskServices for MPA PROJECT NO. L1967 LOGAN TERMINAL AMENITIES PROGRAM (the project). Inaccordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149A, Sections 1 thru 13, Massport is seeking a highlyqualified and competent Construction Manager (CM) to provide preconstruction services and implement theconstruction of the Project in accordance with an agreement where the basis for payment is the cost of the workplus a fee with a negotiated guaranteed maximum price. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is being utilizedto prequalify and shortlist CM firms who will be invited to submit proposals in response to a Request for Proposals(RFP) to be issued by Massport.Massport is seeking to upgrade high-impact passenger spaces across Logan Airport, including renovationof 10 high-traffic restroom sets and three Kidport play areas in Terminals A and B. Improvements focus ondurable materials, contemporary design, universal accessibility, standardized wayfinding, efficientmaintenance layouts, and targeted system upgrades such as plumbing, lighting, and ventilationenhancements, all coordinated to minimize operational disruption.The program also includes a full modernization of the historic Our Lady of the Airways Chapel, upgradingbuilding systems, finishes, accessibility, and layout within its existing footprint to better serve passengersand employees. The program aims to be supported in part by federal funding.
