Notes	It is the intent of this formal Request for Proposals (RFP) to receive proposals from qualified Prospective Proponents and select a qualified firm to develop a Project Prioritization Toolkit that the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of Southern Nevada can use for project prioritization in short- and long-range plans. FEDERAL FUNDS : This project is 95% federally funded. Proponents must submit the Federal Conditions forms (with required signatures where indicated) as part of the RFP response and document submission. Title VI Solicitation Notice: The RTC, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, [select disadvantaged business enterprises or airport concession disadvantaged business enterprises] will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
