This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,500,000.00 inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions.

The Nicholas Scoppetta Children’s Center (NSCC) is seeking trauma-informed, Workforce Development   (hands on and theory based Soft Skills Trainings) activities for children and youth to build self-confidence, encourage critical thinking, and improve the learning process.

As of August 2, 2021, all new hires must be vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus, unless they have been granted a reasonable accommodation for religion or disability. If you are offered city employment, this requirement must be met by your date of hire, unless a reasonable accommodation for exemption is received and approved by the hiring agency.

Please submit your proposals by both acknowledging the receipt of the RFx in the Acknowledgement tab and completing your response in the Manage Responses tab.
