Description: Notice Request for Proposals UNIVERSAL AND ELECTRONIC WASTE COLLECTION, TRANSPORTATION, DE-MANUFACTURING, AND RECYCLING EVENTS Public notice is hereby given that sealed proposals must be received by the City of Moorpark (“City” or “Moorpark”) on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. PT/PDT. Submissions received after the deadline will be rejected. Submissions by electronic mail or facsimile will not be accepted. City of Moorpark Solid Waste Division Attention: Roger Pichardo, Program Manager 323 Science Drive Moorpark, California 93021 The City may conduct interviews of the top Proposers to make a final selection. The successful Proposer will be recommended to the City Council for authorization to enter into an Agreement for universal and electronic waste collection, transportation, de-manufacturing, and recycling events. Failure to comply with the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal may result in disqualification. The City of Moorpark reserves the right to reject all proposals and to waive any minor informalities or irregularities contained in this proposal. Acceptance of any proposal submitted pursuant to this Request for Proposal does not constitute any implied intent to enter into an Agreement. The Agreement award, if any, will be made to the Proposer who, in the City’s sole discretion, is best able to perform the required services in a manner most beneficial to the City.
