Project Bid Received By & Opening Information:	NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids for the construction of Eden Prairie Backwash Tank Rehabilitation will be received online through QuestCDN vBid™ until Wednesday July 1, 2026 at 1:00 pm local time. Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, representatives of the City of Eden Prairie will publicly view Bids at the City Hall. Those interested in viewing the online Bid opening are welcome to join the meeting by logging on to https://zoom.us/join or calling 1.312.626.6799 and entering Meeting ID 910 9526 7951 and Passcode 302337. The as-read online Bid results will be available at www.questcdn.com following the Bid opening.
Pre-Bid Meeting Info:	A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on June 18, 2026 at City of Eden Prairie, 8080 Mitchell Road, Eden Prairie, Minnesota 55344. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

Description:	The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the cleaning, repairing, and painting of the existing backwash tanks, including structural modifications, surface repairs, interior abrasive blast and coatings, and exterior spot abrasive blast and overcoating.

The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from other sources.
