MNIT, on behalf of the DOR, intends to renew an agreement with LexisNexis Risk Solutions (LNRS) for up to twenty-four (24) months. The agreement covers maintenance and support for Bankers Almanac EPICWare, which is used by DOR to review, convert, and verify bank routing and transit information.

LNRS serves as the official registrar of the Routing Number System for the American Bankers Association. LNRS is the sole vendor that assigns and retires routing numbers to every financial institution in the United States. In addition to this, LNRS maintains the financial institution’s current mailing address, phone and fax numbers, and email address. Such information is collected and processed on a daily basis, so LNRS claims to possess the most accurate databases available. LNRS is the sole developer and retains the exclusive ownership rights, title, and interest to all LNRS products and services, including Bankers Almanac EPICWare. Such maintenance and support services are not available from any other entity and must be purchased directly from LNRS. For these reasons, this renewal has been deemed a single source by MNIT.
