Description: The City of Framingham (CITY), invites sealed bids for soil management and disposal services that involve, in general and without limitation, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals associated with mobilization of equipment, testing, screening, stockpiling, handling, re-handling, hauling, weighing, and disposing of soils at appropriate disposal sites approved by the City of Framingham, and in accordance with all laws and regulations, including site cleanup. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet Direct Portal. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.
