The work proposed includes all the necessary *permits, fees, materials, equipment, labor, and related items to demolition and abatement, and interior alterations to renovate the Thun Field Airport Office building located at 16915 103 ^rd Ave E. Puyallup, WA 98374. Improvements include but not limited to the following: Site improvements: new side sewer extension and decommissioning of the septic tank. Exterior: gutters and downspouts, painting, windows, ADA access, lighting. Interior: demolition of existing walls and installation of new offices, kitchen, laundry, garage, bathrooms, and storage rooms.
