Description: The City of Lawrence Public Schools invites bids from qualified contractors interested in providing painting services on an as needed basis for one year with two possible renewal years.  Work includes painting maintenance and repair services and shall include, but not be limited to painting and priming walls, ceilings, doors, frames, railings and windows; wallpaper installation and repairs; applying joint compound and plaster to prepare walls and surfaces for painting; waterproofing of all types of masonry surfaces.
