Township of Marlboro

Notice of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Various Professional Services

The Township of Marlboro is soliciting RFQs through a fair and open process in accordance with NJSA 19:44A-20.5 et seq. for the following positions:

• Planning Board Attorney
• Zoning Board Attorney

Sealed proposals must be submitted to, and received by, the Township, to the attention of the Business Administrator by hand delivery or regular mail, by 4:00PM prevailing time on Thursday, January 29, 2026. To obtain RFQ package please visit https://www.marlboro-nj.gov/documents/bids-rfps-rfqs.

Respondents shall comply with requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq. and NJAC 17:27 et seq.
