RFQ #24-28 - Progressive Design-Build Services for the Stockton Airport Improvements Project
The County of San Joaquin (County) intends to award to the most qualified Design-Build Entity, a Progressive Design-Build (PDB) Contract for the Stockton Metropolitan Airport Improvements project. The County will review and score the Statement of Qualification (SOQs) to determine which Design-Build Entities are best suited and qualified to successfully execute the design and construction of the Project. A list of at least three (3) of the highest-ranked RFQ Design-Build Entities will be created, each of which will be invited to submit proposals in response to the County’s forthcoming Request for Proposals (RFP).
