The purpose of the Request for Statement of Qualifications (RSQ) is to select the most highly qualified firm(s) to provide Real Estate Appraisal and Title Services for the County of Volusia. Submittals will be reviewed and evaluated as to qualifications to perform the services required by an Evaluation Committee of County staff, who will make a recommendation for award by the County Council.
