Summary

The Manhattan Beach Police Department is seeking the services of a qualified and highly motivated firm to provide Unarmed Security services in the City for a three-year contract with an optional two-year renewal. The firm will provide fully trained unarmed security staff per the direction of the City. It is the intent of this specification to describe all the requirements for the service agreement. The service shall conform to, and the bidder’s proposal shall include, all provisions of the following specification.
