The City of Saco is soliciting bids for Hot Mix Asphalt for the period of April 1, 2025 to April 1, 2026. Bids must be submitted on the bid response form in a sealed envelope marked "2025 Hot Mix Asphalt". Bids will be accepted until 1:00pm on Wednesday, March 12th, 2025, at the Public Works Department located at 15 Phillips Spring Road, Saco, Maine, 04072. There will be a public opening of all bids received at that time.
