Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure the labor and supervision to disassemble a 230/115kV 187MVA power transformer located at the DISTRICT’S Hoskins 345kV substation and reassemble, vacuum fill, commission, and test at the DISTRICT’S Crooked Creek 230kV substation.

A non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held on April 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CDT. The purpose of the meeting will be to review the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders participate in this meeting.
