Weeks Middle SchoolPre-Approval AdvertisementADVERTISEMENTTurner Construction will receive Statements of Qualification per Iowa Code Chapter 26A (alsoreferred to as Preapproval Forms herein) for construction of Des Moines Public Schools WeeksMiddle School Classroom Addition in Des Moines, Iowa. The project consists of a two-story,12,898 square foot, classroom addition to the south side of the existing middle school. Theproject is located at:901 East Park Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa 50315PREAPPROVAL FORM SUBMISSIONStatement of Qualifications Preapproval Forms must be filled out, compiled, and submitted by orbefore 2:00 PM, January 14th, 2026. Any submissions received after this time will not beaccepted nor opened. All Statements of Qualification Preapproval Forms must be submittedelectronically to the Building Connected website. Submissions meeting orexceeding minimum scoring criteria shall be deemed as an approved bidder for the project.
