Project Description: 1.1. The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract or contracts for the provision of Bell 429 Helicopter Repair Parts, Tools, and Services, on an as-needed basis, for the County of Fairfax, to meet the operational and maintenance needs of the Fairfax County Police Department’s Helicopter Division.
1.2. The successful bidder(s) shall furnish all travel, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, parts, and services necessary to provide high-quality, timely, and FAA-compliant support for Bell 429 helicopter maintenance and repair.
