Description: The City of Aurora invites you to bid on the anticipated Finance Department Interior Renovation Project. The proposed work consists of demolition of existing ceilings, interior walls, floor coverings, mechanical, plumbing and electrical components as required for the proposed renovations. New work includes open office space, private offices, new ceilings, floor coverings, new lighting system and new mechanical system modifications. The common elevator lobby and bathrooms will also be renovated. The work will cover an area of approximately 3,900 square feet. The City of Aurora encourages minority business firms to submit bids and encourages the successful firm to utilize minority businesses as applicable. The City of Aurora has a local preference ordinance that would apply to this contract.
