RFQ: Window Cleaning Interior and Exterior (03/10/2026)

Scope of Work: Proposal to clean interior secure windows concourses A-C and sterile area" Interior windows will be brushed clean squeezed down free of water drips and streak marks. Debris will be removed from window frames. A 24 ft ladder will be used to reach windows. Proposal to clean exterior non secure windows (landslide) All exterior windows and power door windows on floors 1-2 arrival and departure will be brushed clean squeezed down free of water drips and streak marks. Debris will be removed from window frames. A 32 ft narrow scissor lift will be used to reach windows. Proposal to clean exterior non secure metal aluminum panels (landslide) AH metal aluminum panels on floors 1-2 arrival and departure will be brushed clean squeezed down free of water drips and streak marks. Debris will be removed from aluminum panels A 32 ft narrow scissor lift will be used to reach windows. Proposal to clean exterior secure windows concourse A & C and sterile area. Interior windows will be brushed clean squeezed down free of water drips and streak marks. Debris will be removed from window frames. 45 ft boom, lift will be used to reach windows. Proposal to clean interior non secure windows (landslide) All interior windows and power door windows on floors 1-2 arrival and departure will be brushed clean squeezed down free of water drips and streak marks. Debris will be removed from window frames. A 32 ft narrow scissor lift will be used to reach windows.
