Project Description: This solicitation is to establish a for services to provide removal of standing water and debris at three (3) Sludge Tanks located at the Lubbock, Abernathy, and Hale Facilities within the TxDOT Lubbock District (Hale & Lubbock Counties, Highway District 5).
