The purpose of this addendum is to provide revisions and to provide answers to questions posed by

potential bidders:

Revisions

1. Bid Opening extended to Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. Late bids will not be

accepted.

2. Adjustment to flatbed SKU numbers in Section 2 Equipment Specifications (Page 17) of the

RFQ

o Standard Equipment for purchase includes Fujitsu models FI-8270 Part # PA03810-B555

and FI-8250 Part # PA03810-B605 (or equivalent products and/or Fujitsu successor).

3. Adjustment to flatbed & consumable kit SKU numbers of the RFQ Price Sheet (Page 20 of

the bid; please utilize the revised price sheet in Addendum #1)

Q&A:

1. Q: Can you please specify this clause: “Products will be tested for a minimum of sixty (60)

business days”?

A: If proposing a different manufacturer or model, the Connecticut Judicial Branch will want to

test this equipment for a minimum of 60 days to ensure it works within our systems.

2. Q: Are the references a prerequisite for any successful proposal or are they a positive element but

not the definitive factor on any proposal?

A: References are required for a successful proposal and are considered when choosing a potential

awardee.

3. Q: Our partners at Fujitsu/Ricoh have indicated to us that the part number for the scanner

consumables kit indicated in the solicitation does not exist and that in fact the correct part number

for this consumables kit is CG01000-302801.

A: See Revision No. 3. The Connecticut Judicial Branch will accept Ricoh replacement SKUs if

no longer manufactured.

4. Q: Must the installation provided be authorized and serviced by the OEM or can installation be

independently provided by a qualified provider?

A: No initial installation is required under this contract. Judicial technicians handle installation on

site for end users. Under Warranty (Section 6, page 18) “installation and associated costs”, is in

reference to the repair process for warranties only.
