Notes	Ames Transit Agency (d/b/a CyRide) is accepting proposals for the purchase and installation of mobile video security systems. The initial contract period will be from the date of award through the December 31, 2026, with the option of four (4) additional 12-month renewal periods. All responses must be submitted before the deadline. No late responses will be reviewed. No vendor may withdraw their proposal for at least thirty days after the scheduled closing time for receiving proposals. The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
