Description:	• Removal and installation of curb and gutter. • Removal and installation of concrete. • Installation of lighting, conduit, & wire. Asphalt patching will be done by City of La Crosse crews for any patches for curb replacements. Pothole patches are still required to be done by the contractor and will be a final 6’x6’ size. Project manager or street superintendent will mark the final pothole removal for contractor.

Project Document Information

Document Information:	In general, the project consists of multi-disciplinary effort works required for the removal and replacement of an uninterrupted power supply (UPS), and it related equipment. Supporting work required will include general facility construction for fire rating room, gypsum board assemblies, ceilings and new door/frames; HVAC related work including conditioning of room, packaged coolers and connection / placement of roof top equipment; electrical related work including connections for low voltage, panelboards and UPS. The contractor will be responsible for proper disposal of all removed, end of life equipment, unless otherwise directed by City Staff.
